If you reserve a room on our website at www.residenz-passau.de and later find a cheaper offer online for the same conditions and dates, we'll match the price and give you an additionell 10% off the original rate. Say you've booked a room online at our website for 100.00 €. A few hours later you find an online deal offering the same room type at our hotel for 90.00 €. Send us the URL address within 24 hours of booking and once we verify the offer we'll match it and give you 10% off the original price. Instead of paying 90.00 € for the room, you pay only 80.00 €. No matter the deal, we promise you won't find better prices than ours. This guarantee is subject to our general terms and conditions and to the special terms and conditions of the Best Online Price Guarantee. Best Online Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions The guarantee only applies to reservations made through www.residenz-passau.de and confirmed with a customer number or booked by a previous customer using an already assigned customer number. The lower rate must be found and the URL of the internet address sent by email or fax to the Hotel Residenz within 24 hours of booking a reservation on the Hotel Residenz website. The lower rate must be immediately bookable online for the same conditions (including the same cancellation, advance purchase, and stay-duration policies) and for the same room type, the same dates, and the same number of guests. The guarantee does not apply to lower rates on other websites that contain erroneous price information. Furthermore, the lower rate must be viewable online by the general public. The guarantee does not apply to special private offers for companies or groups or for stay extensions in package deals. The guarantee does not apply to opaque or auction sites where the hotel name is not known until booking is finalized. If reservations are for multiple consecutive nights, the guarantee applies only to the price for the entire stay, not to the rate for a single night or for the sum of all the nights. The Hotel Residenz reserves the right to adjust or cease the Best Online Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
