As one of Passau's leading hotels we are especially attuned to our business travellers' needs.

All of our rooms are furnished with a well-lit desk, free wireless internet, cable TV, room safe (laptop size), and a phone with voice-mail. The room rate includes the complimentary use of our sauna. In 2011, our hotel saw a new addition with the "ResidenzKlause", a small but stylish spa with sauna/sanarium, shower scape and relaxation area, as well as a Dreamscape whirl tub and a floating aqua bed (for an additional fee).

In addition to the minibar in the room, we offer room service for drinks until 10 p.m. and serve drinks at our hotel bar.

If you like to go running, you can start right at our front door! The car-free zone is just 300 oder 400 meters (1000 or 1300 feet) away and you can choose between 3, 5 oder 10 km (2, 3, or 6 miles) route; either exerting and mountanious, or flat and through alluvial forests following the course of the Inn River. You will find illustrated route suggestions in the business suite's guest portfolio. 

Enjoy breakfast from our comprehensive breakfast buffet. You may also choose a small breakfast (one cup of tea or coffee and one croissant).

Our central location is in walking distance from all of Passau's downtown event venues and restaurants. We are happy to provide any information and directions you might need and reserve a table or book tickets for you. If your destination is a little bit farther away, we will be happy to call you a taxi that will arrive within five minutes.

We provide parking spots for your car directly in front of the hotel (when available) or in our own hotel parking garage that's only 150 meters (500 feet) away. Please let us know if you require a parking space when you make your room reservation because there are generally very few parking options in small downtown Passau.
