Important Information to Make your Stay as Carefree as Possible
- Please note that your room will be available by 3:00 p.m. on your arrival day and must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on your departure day for cleaning.
- If available, and upon agreement, you may extend your stay for €10.00 per hour.

Please note that we are not able to make reservations for particular rooms or floors. We try our hardest to reserve the room you request.

If you cancel a reservation not in due time, we charge 80% of the agreed room rate if no other guest books the room for that time. If you don’t cancel and we therefore can’t book anyone else in that room, we charge 100% of the agreed room rate. The same applies to late arrivals or early departures.

You may use the following payment methods at our hotel: EC–Cash, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or cash. Please note that we do not accept credit cards for special seasonal prices.

If you require a parking space please let us know when you make your room reservation because there are generally very few parking options in small downtown Passau. We provide parking spots for your car directly in front of the hotel (when available) or in our own hotel parking garage that’s only 150 meters (500 feet) away. We charge € 10.00 for a parking space/night.
