You may book your room with or without breakfast included. We charge our hotel guests 7.00 € for our rich Residenz breakfast buffet.

You can save 10% off the current room rate during booking if you make firm reservations and pay in advance via money transfer (5% for payment in advance with Credit Card). For additional information, please read our special conditions for smart spenders.

Additional Services

• Upon request, we will provide a baby bed for our youngest guests free of charge.
• Children 6 years old or younger may stay in their parents’ room free of charge.
• Extra beds are available for children 7 to 12 years of age at the price of 19.00 € per night. This price includes our Residenz buffet breakfast.
• Extra beds are available for guests older than 12 years in our comfort double rooms for 29.00 € per night. This price includes our Residenz buffet breakfast.
• Breakfast is available for visitors of our hotel guests for 12.00 €.
• We charge 10.00 € per night for a parking spot. As parking space is limited in Passau's Old Town, we recommend an accordant reservation if and when required. 
• We charge 8.00 € per night for dogs. Please note that dogs may only stay per prior agreement and may stay only in certain types of rooms in certain categories. Dogs are not permitted in the breakfast area and the sauna area.
• We loan bath robes to guests free of charge.
• Our guests may use the sauna/sanarium free of charge (after registration).
  Guests may use our Dry Water Massage Device for 12.00 € per person or our Whirlpool for 12.00 € per filling.
• Guests that would like to relax in our Residenz Spa will receive a spa bag with a bathrobe, slippers, and bath sheet (on loan).
