Our Residenz Spa - Wellness and Relaxation

Simply tune out, recharge and rejuvenate, leave the real world behind, and find peace of mind in our Residenz Spa. The lovingly arranged spa provides everything you need for wellness. Take a time-out for your body, mind, and soul.

Warm colors, enticing scents, relaxing music, and the harmonious balance of the fire, water, and air elements provide a special atmosphere.

The Residenz Spa is available exclusively to you – our guests, but can be booked seperate as a 'Private Spa' via our arrangement 'Relax Relaxed'. Then you can enjoy undisturbed and alone the tranquility in the cozy corner by the romantic fireplace, listen to running water and relaxing music, and refresh yourself with water from the Grander water fountain. 

A Peek into the Residenz Spa

The SANARIUM may be used as a warm-air spa, a tropical spa, an aroma spa, a soft steam spa, or as a Finnish sauna. You choose your favorite type of spa, transforming your sanarium visit into an experience for all your senses.

In our adventure shower you can cool off with the dousing shower or the Kneipp hose after your sauna visit, or enjoy the warming sensation of the water with the adjustable rain shower or the extra-wide hand-held shower.

You'll experience complete relaxation in the Dreamscape whirl tub. The American designer Michael Graves designed a tub of poetic simplicity with the Dreamscape series. You will discover an unparalleled spa experience: Revive your senses with the Whirlpower waterjets and the body-caressing air system.

Lie on our floating water bed and experience feelings of security and weightlessness surrounded by cozy warmth.  The tempered water jets relieve muscle tension, allowing you to feel the healing power of water without getting wet.

Our guests may use the sanarium, the adventure shower, and (on loan) a spa bag with a bathrobe, bath sheet and slippers free of charge. Please register in advance.

Residenz Spa Etiquette

• Reservations:

Please make your appointments as early as possible. To reserve your Residenz Spa appointment, please dial +49 (0)851/989020. We ask you to please inform us of any medical needs you may have.

• Cancellations:

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you have to change or cancel an appointment or treatment. If no notice is given, we will need to charge 100% of the price for the missed appointment.

• Late Arrivals:

For late arrivals, it won’t be possible to extend your treatment and the reserved room beyond your appointment time, unfortunately. If you arrive late, your appointment in the Residenz Spa will be shortened accordingly, so that the next guest does not have to wait. Please note that we will need to charge the full price.

• Conduct:

The Residenz Spa is a quiet, relaxing place for body, mind, and soul. To guarantee a relaxing atmosphere for all, we ask that you kindly keep all noise to a minimum, please turn off your cell phone, and don’t drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes during your stay at the Residenz Spa.

• Dress Code:

Bath robe and slippers are appropriate dress for the Residenz Spa. Please shower before using the sauna and please always put a towel underneath you in the sauna or the floating water bed.
